My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were nice and very clean, with 2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa, but there was a damp smell of mold present. The service was a bit of a mixed bag with some helpful staff but others being rude and unfriendly. The location was great, offering a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. The dining experience was subpar with limited options and some stale food, but the facilities offered were decent.
The hotel had spacious rooms with three queen beds in a row, offering limited privacy at the vanity area. Although the pool area was humid and damp, I didn't spend much time there. The location was ideal despite the weather, being very close to downtown.
I was excited about the 'pool view balcony' advertised, but it turned out to be just a walkway. The room was not up to standard, quite dirty and unhealthy. Although the service was friendly and helpful overall, there were times when staff seemed ignorant about certain inquiries.
